How do I find an apartment?
Enter your dates of arrival, and number of guests. The results will show you the available apartments for those dates and its price for the requested period.
If you do not find anything that fits with what you are looking for, send us an email to email@example.com And we will look for an apartment adapted to your needs.
How do I request an apartment?
Select your apartment and dates and click on "Book now"
In less than 24h we will contact you to confirm availability and start your reservation.
I just sent a request. How is my reservation confirmed?
If our agents confirm the apartment is available, to book the apartment it is necessary to make the payment of the
20% of the first month. The rest of the monthly payment and bail will be paid before the delivery of keys.
The payment must be made by credit card through a security link that we will send you.
Once the downpayment of the 20% is received, you will receive an email with a link to your personalized reservation app, where you can check the details of your reservation and the accommodation.
Should I pay bail?
All apartments from 1 month stay require a bail of a monthly payment.
Bail refund: The deposit will be returned on the day of departureby the same method with which it was paid.
What are the checkin instructions to my apartment?
We will contact you one week before your arrival to specify the check in instructions. You can complete your information and register guests previously through your personalized app.
Before delivery of keys, you must pay the remaining payment of the first monthly payment + bail. Our server will send you the links to proceed with both payments.
How does the monthly payment work?
Monthly payments will be made on the 1st day of the month without exceptions.
Currently we only accept payments by electronic card. You will receive an email on the day of payment with a link to proceed with the bank card securely.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation if it is already confirmed?
It is possible to make changes and cancel your reservation up to 31 days before the arrival date. Subsequently to this date you will lose the amounts as a reservation.
Are supplies included in the price?
The monthly stays have included in its price all supplies (gas, water, electricity, Internet) within a habitual consumption parameters.
Maximum consumption Round 100KW energy and 5m3 water per person / month, so a higher consumption is considered extraordinary from an incorrect use of resources.
Is the cleaning service included?
The entry and departure cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. However, it has to be delivered in good condition, free of garbage, bottles or similar.
What happens if I have an incidence in the apartment?

Maintenance service: In case of any problem in the apartment, Vivebarcelona has its own maintenance team.
What are the rules in the apartment?
The legislation provides that special care must be taken to ensure that the rest of the neighbours is respected and that during the 20h-8h schedule the absence of noises, parties, music, etc., which may disturb normal coexistence is required.
Smokingwithin the apartments is forbidden, except in those with terrace, where you can smoke outside, always respecting those spaces that are considered common areas and may cause claims from neighbors due to butts.
Cuale son las instrucciones de salida de mi apartamento?
La hora de salida en todos los apartamentos es máximo a las 11am para las estancias turísticas y 10am para los apartamentos mensuales.
Aunque vivebarcelona se hace cargo de la limpieza final, los huéspedes deben dejar el apartamento recogido, sin basura, comida en la nevera, botellas o cartones. De este modo nuestro equipo de limpieza podrá hacer mejor su trabajo.
En caso de entregarse el apartamento en condiciones no adecuadas se responderá por los desperfectos o el exceso de limpieza con el deposito.
